HR Administration Specialist

CGI is looking for a HR professional to be part of the Global Human Resources Member Services, our HR Global Support team.

To work in Warsaw but integrated in a team across all the CGI countries.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will require communication and interaction in an international environment. We expect that you will also troubleshoot issues and develop improvements to achieve targeted results.

This team will be the liaison between the Countries and the providers, managing the flow of information coming in and outgoing, and monitoring the performance of the providers in line with the service level agreements.

Your role will be to provide transactional and administrative services related to processes for Poland, Lithuania and Latvia countries; to ensure that enquiries are answered and transactional activities are processed in a professional and efficient manner;  to perform data gathering towards HR managers in case additional info is needed; to process changes in employee status, job status, cost center changes, pay, etc; manage and records document flows, administer employee life cycle events and to answer specific payroll questions in cooperation with our payroll specialist in areas such as: tax, social security, benefits and pension.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Essential Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years HR experience (preferable on Multinational companies),
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies,
  • Personal integrity when handling confidential information,
  • Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales,
  • Good Knowledge on Office Tools (Excel, PPT, Word), experience of ticketing system is a plus,
  • Ability to manage multi-tasks, accuracy, attention to detail, organization, analytical skills,
  • Excellent communication skills in English, speaking and writing.

  • Independent worker that requires little supervision beyond initial scope expectation and transfer of requirements,
  • Ability to see “the bigger picture” and individual contribute within the organization,
  • Background in an Administrative position working to strictly adhered deadlines,
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of multiple processes, strict deadline activity in a fast-paced and changing environment,
  • Must be customer-focused and comfortable working with a group of diverse people,
  • Experience working in a Shared Services environment will be considered a plus,
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of successful delivery.

Education and Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree on Human resources, Labor law or Administration.
